1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted U.S.-based carriers, including UPS and USPS, to offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Guaranteed next business day delivery if the order is placed before 3 PM EST on a business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: $7.99
  • Next-Day Shipping: $19.99

4. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be dispatched on the following business day.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays or carrier delays.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your order’s progress from dispatch to delivery.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.


8. Customs and Duties

Since we only ship domestically within the United States, there are no customs duties or taxes applied to your order.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

At The Games Factory, we take great care in ensuring your items are packaged securely. However, if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, we are here to help:

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide either a replacement or a full refund depending on the result.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.
  • Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, we may offer a discount on future purchases as a goodwill gesture.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in accordance with our return policy:

  • Returns for Shipping Issues: If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility in this case.
